Pricing Week Day Only

If you are a local or independent  company the rates are as follows:

$250/hr 1st hour  whole property interior/exterior

$550 1/2 day up to 5 hours whole property interior/exterior

$650 full day up to 8 hours whole property interior/exterior

These prices are to leave the location in original condition and if you need a cleaning crew after, it's $400 for exterior debris; interior additional.

Corporate rates start at $1,500 and depend on what media rights you are seeking.
